The University of Edenberg, held its first ever graduation ceremony on the 11th of October 2021 at Kitwe’s Garden Court Hotel with over
220 students graduating with certificates , diplomas and masters. This year’s theme was dubbed:-
Theme: Promoting Education for the 21st Century in Transforming Societies
Dr Frank Mukonde – UniBerg Chancellor urged the graduates to positively contribute in the communities they will be getting in. He further appreciated students for exhibiting great conduct during their tenure at the institution.
Government through the acting Copperbelt permanent , Dr. Robert Zulu, expressed happiness with the university, as a key player, on having added value to the community by providing employment to locals.
The creation of employment by the private sector has been hailed to be one of the most fundamental components in the new dawn government.
